Sorry, We're Taking Future Lords

Modern-day best friends Claire Dawson and Samantha White accidentally transmigrate into a refugee story as cannon-fodder supporting characters, married to the Smith brothers. To escape being used and killed by the original heroine, they pretend to be at odds while secretly joining forces. Claire wins over the cold-faced hunter Edward Smith (a future general), while Samantha charms the cunning scholar Charles Smith (a future grand chancellor). Faced with barbarian attacks, scarce resources, and family conflicts, they use modern knowledge to stockpile supplies, seize wealth, outmaneuver troublemakers, and steadily rise in the chaotic world. Surviving and winning over their husbands at the same time, they forge a path to self-reliance.
